How is Popping Boba Made?
Our Popping Boba consists of an alginate coating with liquid fruit filling. We use natural or EU approved colors and fruit flavors.
Basic composition: water, sugar, modified starch, xanthan, sodium alginate, calcium salt blend, citric acid and preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate).

All flavors can be customized according to customer requirements (intensity, color, viscosity).
