BubbleTeaFactory is a European manufacturing brand specializing in the production of Popping Boba, syrups, tea concentrates and home kits for bubble tea.
Who We Are
Behind the BubbleTeaFactory brand stands GIPS Centrum, s.r.o., a Czech company based in Tábor.
Originally, we operated in the construction industry — GIPS functioned for many years as a stable construction company. In 2025, however, a strategic shift occurred: due to the growing European demand for quality and locally manufactured bubble tea ingredients, we decided to expand our operations to include food production.
Today, we are a modern food production facility with a complete production portfolio for B2B customers across Europe.

To be the most reliable European partner for bubble tea ingredient production, further expand our portfolio and strengthen the EU's role as an alternative to Asian suppliers.
History and Milestones
2001-2021 — GIPS as a construction company
GIPS Centrum, s.r.o. operates in the market as a stable construction and renovation company.
2022 — Beginning of cooperation with Global TS
GLOBAL TS relocates its bubble tea beverage product production to facilities in Tábor. GIPS is hired as a construction contractor for food production facility renovations.
2022-2024 — GIPS becomes an investor
GLOBAL TS begins experiencing financial difficulties. GIPS gradually becomes their investor through loans and construction payments. Total investments exceeded tens of millions of CZK.
2025 — Collapse of GLOBAL TS and turning point
GLOBAL TS becomes unable to meet its obligations to creditors, the production hall lease was terminated and subsequently insolvency was declared on GLOBAL TS.
GIPS decided to lease the vacated production premises, take over production and build it from scratch under its own management.
2025 — GIPS takes over production
GIPS becomes the new tenant of production facilities, production operator and tenant of production equipment. At the same time, it begins massive investments in new technology — another 15 million CZK.
2025-2026 — Exponential capacity growth
GLOBAL TS's original capacity was only 30 tons of Popping Boba per month.
Thanks to GIPS investments in new technology, capacity increases to 400 tons per month — the first European company with such high capacity!
Launch of BubbleTeaFactory brand
A new commercial brand BubbleTeaFactory is created, representing modern European food production focused on the bubble tea segment.
2025-2026 — Major commercial successes
During just 12 months of operation, GIPS / BubbleTeaFactory becomes a significant supplier for:
- OXO
- Barman CZ
- Leading bubble tea stand operators in Central Europe
- B2B distributors and retail chains
Current production: 380 tons per month
2026 — Investor entry
At the end of 2025, Optimal Bubble Tea Capital, s.e. entered the company's ownership structure — an investment holding company focused on investments in products for the production and sale of Bubble Tea beverages.
06/2026 — Further production expansion
GIPS is preparing another major investment that will increase production capacity by another 300 tons. Total capacity will reach 700 tons per month and technological equipment for private label production will be expanded.
